Service Description

“Change how you move and you change how you feel.” - Dr. Perry Nickelston Stretch & Stuff combines basic postures with other movement modalities to promote better balance, coordination, and resiliency in whole-person wellness. Varied in both pace and poses, these classes are designed to keep the mind and body moving with safe and supported, yet engaging sequences with an emphasis on breath work, strength cultivation, and tension relieving restorative-styled stretching. This class is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike! Highly recommended for those who are newer to group movement classes or are working with physical limitations, chronic pain, or recovering from injury or illness, as well as those who prefer a less rigorous practice.

Cancellation Policy

Your well-being is important, sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, resulting in schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel, it is respectfully requested that you do so with at least 4 hours notice for group classes and 24 hours for private sessions/appointments. Any cancellation made less than 4 hours before the start of class or 24 hours before a scheduled private session/appointment will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the paid-for-price of the class or $25 for missed private sessions/appointments. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future classes or services at Four Acres Yoga or a refund may be provided less a $5 transaction fee.
