Service Description

Incorporate light to moderate hand weights, resistance bands, and ankle weights into your existing practice with provided equipment. These classes build upon your current strength and endurance pairing simple transitions and traditional fitness movements with modifications and variations of yoga poses and flows. Expect to sweat! Benefits of weight and resistance training include reduced pain and stiffness, reducing sarcopenia, building bone density, better sleep, self-confidence and self-esteem, and of course, weight and resistance training increases strength and flexibility.    Please note that due to the cost of equipment and space needed to safely perform some exercises, class capacity is currently limited to 5 people. Please only sign up if you know you will be attending.

Cancellation Policy

Your well-being is important, sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, resulting in schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel, it is respectfully requested that you do so with at least 4 hours notice for group classes and 24 hours for private sessions/appointments. Any cancellation made less than 4 hours before the start of class or 24 hours before a scheduled private session/appointment will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the paid-for-price of the class or $25 for missed private sessions/appointments. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future classes or services at Four Acres Yoga or a refund may be provided less a $5 transaction fee.
