Service Description

Faster paced, fitness focused classes integrated with flowing movements and static holds. These 60 minute classes are designed to build strength and endurance, increase flexibility, promote stability, and decrease stress. Classes typically consist of a variety of seated, standing, static and dynamic movements, balancing poses and the transitions between them. Class pace and sequences vary and may incorporate the use of props to further facilitate the pose or increase resistance. Modifications are offered (and optional) to make the poses more accessible, however prior fitness or physical activity experience is recommended. Please consider bringing a bottle of water with you to class.

Cancelation Policy

Your well-being is important, sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, resulting in schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel, it is respectfully requested that you do so with at least 4 hours notice for group classes and 24 hours for private sessions/appointments. Any cancellation made less than 4 hours before the start of class or 24 hours before a scheduled private session/appointment will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the paid-for-price of the class or $25 for missed private sessions/appointments. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future classes or services at Four Acres Yoga or a refund may be provided less a $5 transaction fee.
