Stretch out of the weekend and flow into the week with this all-levels motivational movement class. We’ll spend 60 minutes incorporating breath work with flowing movements and static holds to help build strength, increase flexibility, promote stability, and decrease stress. These classes typically consist of a variety of seated, standing, and balancing poses with fluid and flowing transitions between them. Class sequences vary and may incorporate the use of props to further facilitate the pose or increase resistance.
Your well-being is important, sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, resulting in schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel, it is respectfully requested that you do so with at least 4 hours notice for group classes and 24 hours for private sessions/appointments. Any cancellation made less than 4 hours before the start of class or 24 hours before a scheduled private session/appointment will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the paid-for-price of the class or $25 for missed private sessions/appointments. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future classes or services at Four Acres Yoga or a refund may be provided less a $5 transaction fee.
