Hi! I'm Alexis and I am a Peer Wellness Coach focused on helping modern people establish simple and sustainable health and wellness habits. As a Veteran and former Peace Officer, I understand how the unique and daily demands of work, family, schooling, and a rural lifestyle can impact our well-being.
Since my 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification in January of 2017, I have completed several continued education courses with an emphasis on whole-person alignment and well-being to include a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Wellness. I continue to pursue movement and health education not only for my own personal enjoyment, but to ensure I provide you with the best experience possible.
